Back in Boston after spending the most relaxing week in Belize.
Highly recommend checking out Belize. I spent the week mostly snorkeling, reading, mediating, and a little fishing. The snorkeling was amazing. I was a little nervous at first as my swimming is a little weak but fins really helped (still need to be careful with the currents). Overall, I spent 3 days snorkeling - tons of fish, turtles, sharks, coral, sting rays, etc. Simply amazing and relaxing.
Snorkled the following locations -
Shark - Ray Alley
Hol Chan
Mexican Rocks
Kayak around the resort.
Biggest regret - Should have purchased an underwater camera to capture a few pics.
Biggest gain - More comfortable with swimming in open water which will help reach long-term goals of becoming a stronger swimmer and competing in triathlons.

Vacation!!
I have two weeks of vacation coming up.
I have not even planned anything yet but I'm so excited to read, get some great workouts in, fish, hike all the things I love to do but never have the time to complete.
Maybe even a few more thoughtful blog post.

Running & Relationships
Does anyone have a running partner(s) or running group?
I'm currently exploring one of these options right now or both.
Why - to help hold me more accountable and develop deeper relationships.
When I first started running I loved being able to escape for an hour to let my thoughts wonder as I pushed ahead. If I really want to excel with running I need help and a running partner(s) or group makes perfect sense.
I am currently reading "Who's Got Your Back" by Keith Ferrazi and in the book he makes a compelling arguement to help hold yourself accountable. Imaging giving your workout bag to your partner and his to you, now if one of you does not show up the other can not work out.
Powerful message = People will not let down others as much as themselves.
